Norwegian Salmon Sliders

Simple yet savory, these perfectly seasoned bite-sized Norwegian Salmon burgers are dressed with light vegetables.

4 each 5-6 oz Norwegian Salmon fillet(s), skin removed
1 tomato
.25 head iceberg lettuce
1 tsp Lawry’s® Seasoned Salt
2 tbsp canola oil
12 dinner rolls (to resemble miniature hamburger buns)
.5 cups tarter sauce
12 dill pickle chips
Procedure
The amount of ingredients has been changed. Keep in mind:
- Cooking for more people takes longer time
- Be careful with salty ingredients and spices, you should add to taste towards the end
- Slice the tomatoes thinly.
- Prep the lettuce leaves.
- Cut each fillet into thirds and sprinkle with Lawry’s® Seasoned Salt.
- Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add oil and swirl to coat bottom of pan.
- Carefully place the cut fillets into pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until first side is evenly brown and slightly crisp, then turn over.
- Cook for another 4-6 minutes or to desired temperature (remove thinner pieces of salmon as they are done cooking).
- Cut each roll in half, hamburger-bun style.
- Spread 2 tsp of tartar sauce on each roll, 1 tsp on top and 1 tsp on bottom.
- Place 1 piece of salmon on each roll.
- Place 3 sliders on each plate.
- Serve with lettuce, with pickle chips and tomato on each plate.
Serving Suggestion:
- Serve with french fries.
- Serve with onion rings.
- Serve with coleslaw.
