2 tbsp  canola oil
12   dinner rolls (to resemble miniature hamburger buns)

Procedure

The amount of ingredients has been changed. Keep in mind:
  • Cooking for more people takes longer time
  • Be careful with salty ingredients and spices, you should add to taste towards the end
  • Slice the tomatoes thinly.
  • Prep the lettuce leaves.
  • Cut each fillet into thirds and sprinkle with Lawry’s® Seasoned Salt.
  • Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add oil and swirl to coat bottom of pan.
  • Carefully place the cut fillets into pan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until first side is evenly brown and slightly crisp, then turn over.
  • Cook for another 4-6 minutes or to desired temperature (remove thinner pieces of salmon as they are done cooking).
  • Cut each roll in half, hamburger-bun style.
  • Spread 2 tsp of tartar sauce on each roll, 1 tsp on top and 1 tsp on bottom.
  • Place 1 piece of salmon on each roll.
  • Place 3 sliders on each plate.
  • Serve with lettuce, with pickle chips and tomato on each plate.

Serving Suggestion:

  • Serve with french fries.
