Norwegian Salmon Nuggets

Flavorful, lightly breaded and easy-roasted Norwegian Salmon nuggets

4 each 5-6 oz Norwegian Salmon fillet(s), skin removed
2 egg
1 cups breadcrumbs
salt
pinch pepper
pan spray
Procedure
The amount of ingredients has been changed. Keep in mind:
- Cooking for more people takes longer time
- Be careful with salty ingredients and spices, you should add to taste towards the end
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut salmon into 1” nuggets (pieces should be of same thickness for even cooking).
- Lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, set aside.
- Mix salt and pepper with breadcrumbs.
- Spray a sheet pan or cookie sheet with pan spray.
- Dip a nugget in egg and then roll in breadcrumb mix, place on prepared pan; repeat until all nuggets have been breaded.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked to desired temperature.
- Remove from oven and serve.
Serving Suggestion:
- Serve with tartar sauce.
- Serve with ketchup.
- Serve with Tater Tots.
- Serve with french fries.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
