Dijon-Maple–Glazed Norwegian Salmon

Easy grilled Norwegian Salmon topped with a savory Dijon-maple glaze

4 each 5-6 oz Norwegian Salmon fillet(s), skin removed
1 clove garlic
salt
fresh cracked pepper
.25 cups Dijon mustard
.25 cups maple syrup
Procedure
The amount of ingredients has been changed. Keep in mind:
- Cooking for more people takes longer time
- Be careful with salty ingredients and spices, you should add to taste towards the end
- Prepare the grill.
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Mix mustard, maple syrup and garlic together in bowl.
- Carefully lay salmon fillets on grill and brush glaze on top of each fillet, cook 3 minutes and turn over.
- Brush fillet again with glaze and cook 4-6 minutes or to desired temperature.
- Brush once more before removing from the grill, and serve.
Serving Suggestion:
- Serve with grilled asparagus.
- Serve with mashed sweet potatoes.
