Easy grilled Norwegian Salmon topped with a savory Dijon-maple glaze

Ingredients

4 each  5-6 oz Norwegian Salmon fillet(s), skin removed
1 clove  garlic
   salt
   fresh cracked pepper
.25 cups  Dijon mustard
.25 cups  maple syrup

Procedure

The amount of ingredients has been changed. Keep in mind:
  • Cooking for more people takes longer time
  • Be careful with salty ingredients and spices, you should add to taste towards the end
  • Prepare the grill.
  • Finely chop the garlic.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Mix mustard, maple syrup and garlic together in bowl.
  • Carefully lay salmon fillets on grill and brush glaze on top of each fillet, cook 3 minutes and turn over.
  • Brush fillet again with glaze and cook 4-6 minutes or to desired temperature.
  • Brush once more before removing from the grill, and serve.

Serving Suggestion:

  • Serve with grilled asparagus.
  • Serve with mashed sweet potatoes.
