Brown Sugar–Soy–Glazed Norwegian Salmon

Asian-inspired grilled Norwegian Salmon glazed with a brown sugar, ginger and soy combination

4 each 5-6 oz Norwegian Salmon fillet(s), skin removed
salt
fresh cracked pepper
.5 cups Soy Sauce
.25 cups balsamic vinegar
.5 cups sugar, brown
1 tsp ginger, dried
Procedure
The amount of ingredients has been changed. Keep in mind:
- Cooking for more people takes longer time
- Be careful with salty ingredients and spices, you should add to taste towards the end
- Prepare the grill.
- Mix soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and ginger together in a bowl.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Carefully lay salmon fillets on grill and brush glaze on top of each fillet, cook 3 minutes and turn over.
- Brush fillet again with glaze and cook another 4-6 minutes, or to desired temperature.
- Brush once more before removing from grill, and serve.
Serving Suggestion:
- Serve with grilled pineapple and brown fried rice.
