Fresh Norwegian Salmon grilled in a sweet sesame seed–barbecue-teriyaki glaze

Ingredients

4 each  5-6 oz Norwegian Salmon fillet(s)
.25 cups  teriyaki sauce
.25 cups  barbecue sauce
2 tbsp  Soy Sauce
1 tsp  ginger, dried
1 tsp  sesame seeds
   salt
   fresh cracked pepper

Procedure

The amount of ingredients has been changed. Keep in mind:
  • Cooking for more people takes longer time
  • Be careful with salty ingredients and spices, you should add to taste towards the end
  • Prepare the grill. 
  • Combine teriyaki sauce, barbeque sauce, soy sauce, ginger and sesame seeds in a small bowl. 
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, and brush with sauce mixture.  
  • Grill salmon over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes on each side, or to desired temperature. 
  • Remove salmon from grill and brush once more with sauce.  

Serving Suggestion:

  • Serve with brown fried rice with scallions and stir-fried vegetables.
